Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 2+ years culinary or related work experience; advance culinary knowledge expected.
• Hawaii health department TB clearance required; legal US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
• Operate, maintain and clean kitchen equipment and tools.
• Rotate and date all food containers; manage stock, waste, and shortages.
