Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Cook 3 with a passion for excellence to contribute to our luxury guest experience. You will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner with high-quality standards, following recipes, and ensuring safe, sanitary kitchen practices.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of culinary experience, be able to work any shift, and meet Hawaii health requirements. Competitive hourly pay and extensive benefits are offered to support a long-term career with Four Seasons.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year culinary or related work experience.
• Weekend & Holiday availability required.
• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States.

Responsibilities

• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Must be available to work any and all shifts.
• Prepare food items according to guest orders with consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and properly.
• Follow posted recipes and keep mise en place organized for service.
• Assist with ordering product from your station and communicate needs to front of house.
• Maintain food cost controls and minimize waste per policies.
• Ensure all health and safety standards are met.
