Job summary

Legends Global is hiring a part-time Cook 3 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA. Under the Executive Culinary Team, you will support all culinary operations, follow recipes, and prepare a variety of dishes for premium service environments.

You will work at a buffet station, maintain sanitation standards, and assist with rotation to other kitchen areas as required. Compensation is $27.90 per hour, with shifts that include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year entry level cooking and food prep experience in food service or premium venues.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to interact with guests and management.
• Willingness to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support culinary operations under the Executive Culinary Team.
• Follow recipes and prepare food to specified standards.
• Maintain basic knife skills and production techniques.
• Prepare cold foods, salads, dressings, and dips; buffet station operations.
• Rotate to other kitchen locations as needed; uphold sanitation standards.
• Assist with keeping equipment clean and functional and ensure timely service.
