Legends Global is seeking a Cook 3 for concessions at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA. This part-time role supports the Executive Culinary Team, executes station requirements, follows recipes, and ensures high-quality guest experiences.

You have at least 1 year of cooking/food prep experience, possess ServSafe certification, and are flexible to work long hours, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced stadium environment.

Formación

• 1 year entry level cooking and food prep experience in food service.
• Must be able to communicate with co-workers and management.
• Must have ServSafe/food handler certification.

Responsabilidades

• Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times.
• Timely execution of station requirements to specification of Executive Culinary Team.
• Ability to follow recipes and cook them to desired specifications.
• Knowledgeable of basic knife skills and production techniques.
• Knowledge of cold food production (guacamole, cold salads, dressings, etc.).
• Ability to work at a buffet action station.
• Willingness to learn and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain and abide by County Health/Sanitation and Legends Hospitality standards.
• Ensure all equipment is in proper condition and cleaned regularly.
• Rotate to other service locations within the kitchen and property when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
