Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai in Hawaii seeks a Cook 3 who shares a passion for excellence and who can provide knowledge of the resort and uphold safety and quality standards during breakfast, lunch and dinner service.

You will prepare items per guest orders, operate kitchen equipment, and maintain cleanliness and mis en place. Earn a $1000 gross sign-on bonus after 90 days; internal applicants are not eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume kitchen environments.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work across multiple kitchen stations and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items per guest orders according to recipes, production and presentation standards.
• Operate, maintain and clean kitchen equipment.
• Provide support across breakfast, lunch and dinner service and assist with mis en place.
