Hyatt Centric The Woodlands in Woodlands, TX is seeking a Cook 3 (Line Cook) to join our Culinary team. You will contribute to evening culinary operations, prepare and present elevated dishes with consistency, and support junior culinary teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 2+ years of line cooking experience, strong knife skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A culinary degree is a plus; Hyatt offers training, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to provide thoughtful, high-quality food in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• 2+ years of previous culinary experience, including working independently on the line
• Ability to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong knife skills, sauce work, and knowledge of cooking techniques
• Ability to support and train junior team members as needed
• Culinary degree or hotel experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain composure under pressure
