Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Finger/hand dexterity to operate food machinery.
• Ability to grasp, lift and carry up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards, per check from servers.
• Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, not over-preparing estimated needs.
• Date and rotate perishables; check pars for shift use; assist in keeping buffet stocked.
• Return unused items to storage; assist in correcting food cost problems and waste.
