Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Full-Time Cook in Glenview, IL. You will prepare meals, follow established recipes, and support stock deliveries while keeping safety and cleanliness a priority.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or formal training in cooking.
• Knowledge of kitchen basics, sanitation, food handling, and portion control.
• Experience with special diets and long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience with large-batch cooking (100+ servings) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide food service and prepare meals using established recipes.
• Assist with food stock deliveries and rotate products; maintain regulatory logs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards per schedules and protocols.
• Communicate with the Dining Director on prep, production and flow of service.
