Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute daily prep, and organize workstation.
• Prepare and store all items for the station.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and presentation of daily specials.
• Prepare meals including soups, meats, gravies, vegetables, desserts, salads, and baked goods.
• Receive and store goods and manage supplies.
• Interact professionally with members and guests and support the 3-steps of service.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and testing products.
• May assist in preparing meals for dietary needs or events.
