Cook / Kitchen Responsibilities include:

1. Prepare and cook menu items such as Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, and more, following established recipes and quality standards.
2. Prepare fresh vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients, maintaining sanitation and quality.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work station while engaging with guests and team members.
4. Work collaboratively with team members to serve guests efficiently.
5. Operate with a sense of urgency to manage long lines effectively.
6. Monitor food portions and levels throughout your shift, ensuring quality and consistency.

The pay rate for this role is $15.25 per hour, with additional incentives:

• $2/hour extra for hours worked after 11pm and in temperatures below 33°F.
• $3/hour extra for working on holidays (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day).
