Cook / Kitchen responsibilities include:

1. Prepare menu items such as Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, and more, following recipes and quality standards.
2. Handle fresh vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients with attention to sanitation and quality.
3. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, contributing to a fun and efficient environment.
4. Work collaboratively with team members to serve guests effectively.
5. Operate with urgency to manage long lines efficiently.
6. Monitor food portions and levels throughout the shift, enhancing your culinary knowledge.

The pay rate for this role is $15.25 per hour, with additional incentives:

• $2/hour extra after 11pm and when working outside in temperatures below 33°F.
• $3/hour extra on holidays (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day).
