Cook / Kitchen Responsibilities:

1. Prepare our classic menu items such as Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, and more, following established recipes and quality standards.
2. Handle fresh vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients, maintaining sanitation and quality.
3. Contribute to a fun and efficient work environment while keeping your station clean.
4. Work collaboratively with team members to serve guests effectively.
5. Operate with a sense of urgency to ensure smooth service during busy times.
6. Monitor food portions and levels throughout your shift, enhancing your knowledge as needed.

• $2/hour extra for hours after 11 pm and for outdoor work below 33°F, $3/hour extra on holidays*
