Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain food quantities for large groups.
  • Assist with cleaning tasks in dining and kitchen areas.
  • Set up and break down serveries and assist with events.
  • Guide student employees and participate in training.
  • Provide guidance to student employees.
  • Be well groomed and wear the proper issued uniform.
  • Assist with stocking as requested.
  • Assist with dishwashing as requested.
  • Participate in training, as well as other departmental function requirements.
  • Other duties as requested.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Lift and carry 50 pounds. Occasionally push and pull equipment on wheels that weighs up to 150 pounds.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Six months culinary experience preferred.
