Job summary

Quest Food Management Services LLC in Winnetka, IL, is seeking a Cook I for a Monday–Friday 6am–2pm schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays. You will prepare and present items to Quest standards, assist in day-to-day kitchen operations, and help with bulk prep and catering prep.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, following HACCP and food safety guidelines, and maintaining a clean, professional line for customers.

Position Summary Monday-Friday 6am-2pm. No nights No weekends No holidays! School Schedule.

Prepares and presents menu items during service of the cafeteria to Quest standards. Follows preparation list for items needed for execution of menus and assist in the day to day operations of the kitchen. Duties may include bulk preparation, catering prep, product receiving and cleaning. Assists customers and maintains line in a consistent and professional manner. Cook I will assist in cold prep, salad and grab & go production with recipes. Expected to serve food on the hot line. Follow all HACCP and food safety guidelines. Receives and puts away all kitchen deliveries.
