Job summary

Miller's Ale House is hiring a Cook to join our busy kitchen team, delivering signature dishes in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will follow recipes, maintain food safety standards, and contribute to a smooth, high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have full-service restaurant experience, are at least 18 years old, and can work late nights, holidays, and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Arrives to work on time in full, clean uniform.
• Fulfills all cook job responsibilities in order to contribute to a “one great shift” operation.
• Understands our menu to address any questions, including food allergy issues.
• Follows recipes while cooking and upholds specs to display a perfect presentation of every dish.
• Satisfies food handling requirements and food safety compliance.
• Running and end of shift side work; ensures work areas are stocked and ready for the next schedule.
• Experience in full-service restaurant desired.
• 3 yrs high volume experience preferred.
• Must have late night, holiday and weekend schedule flexibility.
• Team members must be 18 years of age at the time of hire.
