Miller’s Ale House in Ocala, FL is hiring Cooks immediately to prepare signature dishes and ensure every plate is delicious and well presented. Join a team that values speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Arrives to work on time in full, clean uniform.
• Understands our menu to address questions, including food allergy issues.
• Follows recipes while cooking and upholds specs to display a perfect presentation of every dish.
• Satisfies food handling requirements and food safety compliance.
• Experience in full-service restaurant preferred; 3+ years high-volume experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills all cook job responsibilities in order to contribute to a “one great shift” operation.
• Runs end-of-shift side work; ensures work areas are stocked and ready for the next schedule.
• Adheres to recipes and maintains presentation standards.
• Responds to menu questions and allergen concerns from guests.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety throughout the kitchen.

Requirements and Qualifications

What you bring:

• Experience in full-service restaurant desired
• 3 yrs high volume experience preferred
• Must have late night, holiday and weekend schedule flexibility
• Team members must be 18 years of age at the time of hire
