Job Summary
To produce and maintain the quality of menu items assigned to your station according to the company's menu recipes and specifications. To ensure the company's safety, sanitation, and food standards are met according to recipes, procedures, quality, and timeliness.
Job Responsibilities
- Be ready to work at the scheduled time in proper uniform
- Maintain a brisk, steady pace; stay organized and efficient
- Adhere strictly to recipes during prep and production
- Use scales, measuring spoons, and recipe cards for portion control
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment; practice clean as you go
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality
- Organize supplies proactively to avoid rushes
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Handle food safely, including receiving, rotating, and stocking food
- Support prep activities as needed

Qualifications
