The Brass Tap in Rockwall, TX is seeking kitchen team members to prep, cook, and plate menu items with care.

You'll follow recipe procedures, food safety guidelines, and maintain a clean, organized station while contributing to a positive team culture. This role offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule, opportunities for growth, meal perks, and training in a fast-paced craft-beer environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ as required by state law.
• Weekend and holiday shifts available.
• Able to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets in English.
• Capable of operating grill, fryers and oven; standing for long periods.

Requirements

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on state and local requirement
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, spec charts in English
• Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment
• Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
