Job summary

The Brass Tap in Colorado Springs is seeking a kitchen team member to prep, cook, and plate menu items following recipe procedures. You will contribute to food quality, work with pride, and help create a fun, guest-focused dining experience.

This role requires reading tickets in English, operating grills and ovens, standing for long periods, and complying with safety and sanitation standards. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules offer growth opportunities in a lively craft beer environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on state and local requirement.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, spec charts in English.
• Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.
