Job summary

The Brass Tap - Dallas (Triangle) is seeking motivated kitchen team members to prep, cook and plate menu items in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to food quality and presentation while embracing The Brass Tap’s team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on state and local requirement
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, spec charts in English
• Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment
• Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
