As a Cook, you are committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift. You will also prepare food with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specs. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of food items. The diverse menu requires speed and accurate preparation.
• Work in a well‑designed kitchen with large working areas. Positions include Line Cook for Salad, Fry, Dessert, Sauté, Grill and Make‑Up, as well as Kitchen Prep Cooks.
• Maintain equipment and the cleanliness of your surroundings.
• Work as a team to achieve standards in preparation and delivery of food items.
• Practice safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift.
• Prepare food with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specs, following further direction from Management.
• Practice food safety and sanitation, restocking kitchen and cook line as needed throughout the shift.
