Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation; willingness to complete required training.
• Ability to follow recipes, menus, and dietary guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean, sanitary work environment.
• Sanitary Training certification or hospitality/culinary training preferred.
• Successful completion of required clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, Physical, Background Check, Drug Test).

• Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards throughout meal preparation and service
• Assist with serving meals and ensuring patients receive their meals in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing food preparation areas
• Manage inventory by receiving and putting away deliveries, rotating stock, and monitoring food supplies
• Follow all facility policies and procedures related to patient safety, confidentiality, and kitchen operations

Requirements

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; willingness to complete any required training
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, recipes, menus, and dietary guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
• Sanitary Training certification or hospitality/culinary training preferred
• Successful completion of required clearances, including Child Abuse Clearance, Physical, Background Check, and Drug Test
