Management & Training Corporation is hiring at the Centennial Job Corps Center in Nampa, ID, to prepare nutritious meals for students with steady hours and a supportive work environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, food service training, and at least 1 year of relevant experience; Serve Safe certification is preferred. A valid Idaho driver license is also required unless waived by management.

• A valid driver license in the state where the site is located with an acceptable driving record is required, unless waived by management.

Responsibilities

• This position will provide services by replenishing essential items in the food services area and dining areas.
• Will assist with the stocking or food and beverage items and set up cafeteria lines and may be responsible for serving meals.
• Assist in the storage and inventory of supplies; transfer food ingredients and make available for the meal preparation.
• Clean food service area, tables and kitchen equipment and appliances as required.

Essential Functions

• Assist in washing dishes/utensils, and store in orderly fashion
• Assist with food preparation and service area daily which includes keeping refrigerators, floors, and food carts clean
• Promote and support positive customer service.

Education And Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Food Service training and 1 year relevant experience and serve safe certification preferred.
• A valid driver license in the state where the site is located with an acceptable driving record is required, unless waived by management.
