Job summary

Oak Park Place in Menasha, WI is hiring a part-time Cook to prepare and serve nutritious meals for residents in accordance with dietary and safety guidelines. The opening features Friday shifts from 10am to 6:30pm and every other weekend Saturday and Sunday, with competitive hourly pay.

Responsibilities include portioning and serving meals, cooking per menus and dietary restrictions, keeping work areas clean, and ensuring quality and portion control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of kitchen or food preparation experience.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation rules.
• Ability to understand recipes and measure ingredients.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Understanding or ability to learn use of commercial kitchen equipment.
