Ensures proper preparation, portioning, and serving of food according to standardized recipes and menus. Uses experience with cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware, along with knowledge of cooking procedures such as grilling, baking, and boiling. Adheres to sanitation and food safety standards, maintaining a clean kitchen. Prepares food promptly at designated meal times.
