Responsibilities

• Assist with residents’ dietary needs and special meal requests
• Prepare meals according to menu plans and assist with serving
• Maintain cleanliness of production and service areas
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
• Follow safe work procedures, including injury prevention and infection control
• Label and date all food in storage areas
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in a commercial restaurant
• Ability to provide high-level culinary service and professional interaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, organized, flexible, and self-motivated manner
