Located at 5510 4th Street Unit 280, Lubbock, TX 79416, we are seeking enthusiastic cooks who enjoy preparing great food in a lively, fast-paced environment.

We are hiring both full-time and part-time cooking staff. Our back-of-the-house team members are responsible for prepping, cooking, and plating menu items according to recipes. They take pride in quality food preparation and delivering fast service to ensure guest satisfaction. Positive attitudes and teamwork are essential.

Cook Responsibilities

• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling, and storage
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area
• Perform duties independently without constant supervision

Cook Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older, depending on local regulations
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English
• Competent operation of kitchen equipment such as grill, fryers, and oven
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 60 pounds continuously
• Exposure to heat and kitchen environment
