Job Overview

We are expanding into the Restaurant & Bar business, offering a neighborhood dining experience with exceptional food and service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, fresh, and friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prep ingredients for the kitchen and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Assist in various cooking and technical areas, including catering.
  • Complete tasks at assigned stations and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Food Safety and Sanitation
  • Follow food safety standards and handle ingredients properly.
  • Maintain sanitation and proper equipment operation.
Customer Service
  • Assist guests and provide internal customer service.
Qualifications
  • Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Culinary certification or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in food prep and equipment handling preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs, team lifts over 80 lbs.
