Welcome to In Season! We are a scratch kitchen that utilizes produce from our own farm as well as local and responsible vendors to deliver Louisville a unique farm-to-table experience with fine dining quality served in a quick service setting. We go fast and have fun—come be a part of building something special and unique!

We are looking for Midday and some Evening Cooks!

LUNCH Grill Schedule
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Out by 4pm on Monday and Tuesday
  • Work in a welcoming, teaching-oriented, high-standard scratch kitchen
EVENING Grill Schedule
  • Full-time, 8-hour shifts that continue into the evening hours or short shifts, 4 hours, on Weds through Fri
  • Out by 9pm on Weds, Thurs, and Fri
  • Evening catering opportunities
  • Work in a welcoming, teaching-oriented, high-standard scratch kitchen
Cook Job Description

We are looking for someone who loves to cook, enjoys understanding food preparation, and can maintain cleanliness and high standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities of a Cook
  • Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen
  • Preparing workstations for cooking
  • Preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment
  • Checking the quality of ingredients
  • Preparing cooking ingredients using various techniques
  • Cooking food using various culinary techniques
  • Arranging food and ensuring appealing presentation
  • Managing food storage, stock, and ingredient orders
Cook Job Requirements
  • Minimal cooking experience required
  • Must be open to learning and following procedures and techniques
  • Must know and follow sanitation procedures
  • Must showcase teamwork and communication skills
