A leading company is seeking a Rotational Hotel Pantry Cook to prepare a variety of foods in a rotational position at a lodge in Bethel, AK. The cook will be responsible for food production, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in daily culinary meetings. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and relevant experience in pantry cooking. This role offers lodging and meals during rotary shifts, making it an excellent opportunity for those with a passion for the culinary arts.
The Rotational Hotel Pantry Cook position is responsible for the preparation, production, and presentation of a variety of foods, completion of production sheets and with other associated food service activities. This position will support or “cold cook” station, assisting with the preparation of cold sandwiches and salads for our grab-n-go program.
This is a rotational position in Bethel, AK supporting the Qavartarvik Customer Lodge. The rotation schedule will be 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off. Lodging and three meals per day provided. The point of hire origin is Anchorage, AK.
