Job summary

30hop Restaurant & Bar in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. We welcome applicants who enjoy preparing great food and collaborating with teammates in a busy kitchen environment.

Pay ranges from $15 to $22 per hour based on experience. We offer full-time and part-time roles with benefits, employee discounts, and opportunities for internal growth within Craft Concepts restaurants.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous restaurant kitchen or cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and assist where needed.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the kitchen for extended periods.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and other items needed for daily service.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and stocked cooking station.
• Cook menu items using grills, fryers, sauté stations, broilers, and other kitchen equipment.
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food preparation standards.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation throughout service.
• Properly label, rotate, store, and handle food according to food safety standards.
• Communicate with kitchen leadership and teammates to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift.
• Complete assigned cleaning, stocking, and opening or closing duties.
• Assist with prep work and other kitchen stations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
