Reflections Retirement Community in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking a dedicated dietary services teammate to support our residents with nutritious, varied meals. You will prepare menus that respect dietary restrictions while adhering to safety and sanitation standards, and you will maintain clean kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications

• Must hold ServSafe Manager certification.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Prepares a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates for various restrictions
• Demonstrates dedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols
• Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction
• Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences

Qualifications:
