As a Cook at Raising Cane’s, you will set the pace of the Restaurant by ensuring all of the food we serve meets our high standards. Working in the Kitchen at Raising Cane’s is a fun and fast-paced environment. Crank up the music and have some fun while working hard to prepare high-quality chicken finger meals for our customers. Starting as a back-of-house team member can lead to promotional opportunities such as Bird Specialist or Certified Trainer.
We are immediately hiring entry-level and experienced Cooks who thrive in an upbeat, fast-paced food service environment. We are hiring for all shifts: opening, closing, and everything in between. Previous experience in roles like customer service, retail, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, or prep cook is welcome, but no experience is required as we provide paid training.
Within your first year, you can earn up to an additional $1.50 per hour through training, certifications, and performance evaluations. We value a fun workplace that supports your growth and community impact.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, kneel, bend, reach, and communicate effectively. Responsibilities include cleaning, taking orders, following safety procedures, and multitasking.
