Job summary

Charleston Sports Pub is seeking a line cook to join our downtown kitchen operations. You will prepare and plate dishes according to our recipes and specs, assist with stocking and setting up stations, and coordinate with servers to ensure orders are completed as requested and on time.

Responsibilities include setting up workstations, cooking to standards, following health and safety guidelines, and prepping ingredients for each shift.

Make downtown money without dealing with downtown traffic or parking .A line cook prepares food using recipes and spec sheets of menu items created by the Director of Food Operations and helps keep the kitchen running smoothly. Some of the key duties include: assisting with stocking and setting up kitchen stations, preparing food, plating food, and working with servers to ensure the orders are completed as requested and in a timely manner.
