Job summary

A3 Chow, LLC / Queen Street Hospitality Management LLC in Miami, FL is seeking cooks for a temporary, full-time role with 30+ hours per week. Overtime is available at the stated rate, with weekly pay and potential housing deductions.

Duties include preparing diverse dishes, assembling components, and ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced kitchen. Position requires at least 3 months of experience as a cook and the ability to maintain a clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of foods with short preparation time in a low country dining restaurant.
• Cook quick and simple recipes such as she-crab soup, BBQ shrimp and grits, fried green tomatoes, and crispy fried chicken.
• Assemble prepped and partially cooked ingredients to create sandwiches, burgers, salads and soups; finish quickly on the grill or in the oven when ordered.
• Regulate ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters to ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature.
• Use commercial kitchen equipment, rely heavily on deep fryers for crispy chicken wings and house chips.
• Check for quality, keep track of stock, rotate items, and ensure freshness of ingredients.
• Clean kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, deep fryers) and work areas using soap, degreaser, and sanitizers.

Cook positions at A3 Chow, LLC / Queen Street Hospitality Management LLC in Miami, FL. Temporary, full time (30+ hours), permanent employment. Shift posted 07/04/2026. 10 positions available (10/01/2026 to 05/31/2027). Overtime pay at $26.21/hour as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: $17.47/hour.
• Overtime pay: $26.21/hour as needed.
• Pay received weekly; deductions as required by law, with optional housing deductions.
• Daily subsistence of $16.78, up to $68.00 with receipts.
• Employer reimburses transportation, meals, lodging, visa and border crossing fees when applicable.
• Optional daily transportation to worksite, all uniforms, work tools, supplies & equipment provided.
• Guaranteed work for at least ¾ of the workdays in each 12-week period.
