St. David's Georgetown Hospital in Georgetown, TX is seeking a qualified hospital cook to prepare a variety of meals following menus and recipes, while maintaining HACCP standards and a clean workstation. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, and cook a variety of food items according to menus and production sheets.
• Communicate with production staff about menus, recipes, and portion sizes.
• Adhere to HACCP/food safety guidelines and maintain a clean, sanitary workstation.
• Operate equipment to produce standard recipes and participate in staff training.

Job Summary And Qualifications

Under general supervision, prepares, seasons, and cooks a wide variety of food items inappropriate quantitieswhile following menus, recipes and production sheets whilemaintaininga clean and sanitary work area. Communicates with other production staffregardingmenus,recipesandportionsizes.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate\Equivalent preferred
• 1 + years of experience in healthcare preferred
• 1 + years of experience in quantity cooking preferred
