Allied Business Solutions seeks an AI‑driven Chief Operating Officer to translate strategy into scalable operations across managed IT and print/imaging services. You will lead departments, optimize processes, and ensure profitability, with a focus on AI-enabled automation and system alignment.

You will partner with the President/Owner and guide budgeting, resource planning, and KPI delivery while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, IT, or operations.
• Proven 7+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.
• Experience in MSP, technology, or print/imaging operations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations across managed services, field operations, and print/imaging.
• Translate strategic vision into actionable plans and measurable goals.
• Document, improve, and standardize operational processes.
• Integrate departments to resolve bottlenecks and ensure accountability.
• Own service delivery quality, SLAs, and client satisfaction metrics.
• Monitor budgets, forecast resources, and manage KPIs with Finance.
• Champion AI and automation to replace manual workflows.
• Oversee procurement, vendor relations, and contract operations.
• Drive data accuracy and visibility across ERP/CRM/PSA systems.
