RefQuest LLC seeks an experienced Chief Operating Officer to translate strategic vision into operational results and scale organizational systems. The COO will partner with the CEO to drive cross-functional alignment, governance, and performance across departments.

The role requires 10+ years of executive leadership, strong financial acumen, and a track record of building scalable operations for growth. Expect a data-driven, high-cadence operating rhythm and international travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in business/management fields.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred for senior strategic roles.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience at executive level.

Responsabilidades

• Translate strategic vision into operational models and actionable roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional leadership meetings and update cycles with the CEO and board.
• Standardize and optimize core operational frameworks and processes.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow planning, and P&L with finance leads.
• Direct resource allocation including headcount and technology investments.
• Foster a high-performance culture with mentorship and accountability.
