Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors.
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (in the country where applying).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives across the COO, helping drive execution against business priorities.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to prepare briefings, meeting materials, and updates for senior discussions.
• Conduct research and analysis on operational processes, performance metrics, and engagement activity.
• Track action items, risks, milestones, deliverables, and follow-up across projects and initiatives.
• Monitor COO Office activity and assist with meeting management and workflows.
• Support coordination of events, communications, and organizational activities for smooth execution.
• Assist with documenting business procedures, workflows, and governance materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process improvements and technology adoption.
