Job summary

Benchmark Health is seeking a senior operating leader to run the business day to day, and build scalable infrastructure while partnering with the CEO.

The COO will oversee Product, Operations, Data, Finance and HR, driving a metrics-driven, AI-native operating system for behavioral health and working with the board and investors.

You are a builder of teams, with P&L experience and experience scaling startups. You thrive in ambiguity and will align the organization to mission and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations experience, including senior operating roles at early-stage startups or growth-stage companies.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health payment models and value-based care.
• Proven ability to build, scale teams, and drive metrics-driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Product, Operations, Data, Finance, and HR; partner with CEO on strategy and execution.
• Design and scale an AI-native operating system to support payors and providers in behavioral health.
• Drive financial discipline, fundraising readiness, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead organizational growth, culture, and performance metrics across the company.
