Job summary

X UP Brands is seeking an Integrator to run the company day‑to‑day, leading the leadership team, owning cross‑department execution, and clearing bottlenecks for 8 brands. You’ll translate strategy into department plans, maintain Rocks and IDS, and ensure alignment with revenue targets across EOS.

This remote, US‑time‑overlap role requires 5+ years of people leadership, fluency in ecommerce and Amazon operations, and a track record of operating across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading people and functions, with accountability across multiple departments.
• Experience implementing EOS or similar operating systems is a strong plus.
• Fluency in ecommerce and Amazon marketplace dynamics, including FBA and DTC channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leadership team and department heads, driving Rocks, scorecards, and deadlines.
• Own EOS cadence: weekly leadership meetings, quarterly Rocks, and the IDS list.
• Resolve cross‑department conflicts and vendor/operational issues before they escalate.
• Translate strategy into department plans and ensure delivery against targets.
• Oversee integration of new brands or acquisitions, setting operational plans from day one.
