Job summary

Inspire Brands is seeking a Manager of eCommerce Business to lead strategy and execution across owned eCommerce channels, driving traffic, conversion, and CSAT. You will collaborate with marketing, analytics, IT, and product teams, manage app/web content, and support delivery and marketplace initiatives to advance our digital growth.

This onsite role four days a week supports a multi-brand restaurant portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Experience with mobile and web-based eCommerce platforms and delivery channels.
• Familiarity with third-party marketplace strategies and operation.

Responsibilities

• Develop eCommerce strategy to optimize menu and product merchandising for high conversion.
• Lead planning and execution of owned eCommerce content and coordinate cross-functional UAT for app and web platforms.
• Drive optimization of guest-facing navigation, search, checkout, and delivery features; monitor performance metrics.
• Partner with marketing, analytics, IT, and product teams; analyze data and implement test-and-learn programs.
