Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer communications partner to shape the executive voice, advise the COO, and align internal and external messaging across a distributed workforce in the United States. This role focuses on strategic guidance, narrative development, and preparing leadership communications.

You will drive storytelling, collaborate with Marketing and External Communications, and lead internal change communications to support CoreWeave's rapid growth and AI

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in executive, internal, or strategic communications supporting C-suite leaders in complex organizations.
• Ability to translate executive priorities into a clear leadership voice.
• Proven track record of simplifying technical or operational complexity for broad audiences.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience collaborating across Marketing, Communications, and other functions.

Responsibilities

• Advise the COO on audience, timing, tone, and channels; shape the COO's narrative and messaging architecture.
• Prepare the COO for All Hands meetings and key internal moments.
• Coordinate with External Communications on speaking engagements, briefing materials, and logistics.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create brand strategy for physical operations and infrastructure.
• Draft high-impact communications translating strategy and priorities for a large distributed workforce.
• Lead communications through change and leadership transitions; monitor effectiveness.
• Partner across functions to ensure accurate, audience-aware communications aligned with company priorities.
• Establish planning processes enabling fast, consistent execution in a growing org.
