Job summary

Cohere is seeking an Executive Producer, Executive Communications to own and evolve the company narrative globally. This role partners directly with C-Suite and VPs to shape how Cohere talks to customers, partners, and employees, using video as the primary medium to tell executive stories.

You will collaborate with the VP Global Communications to align narrative architecture with content strategy, build scalable playbooks, and ensure consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate complex products into compelling external narratives.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute Cohere's strategic narrative across three storytelling surfaces: Executive Thought Leadership, Policy Storytelling, and Corporate Storytelling.
• Partner with the VP Global Communications on narrative architecture and translate Cohere's narrative into content strategy and execution.
• Audit and gap analyses across Cohere's senior voices including the co-founding team, CFO, Chief AI Officer, SVP Government Affairs, and various VPs.
• Develop content playbooks for predictable inflection moments.

We're looking for an Executive Producer, Executive Communications to own and evolve Cohere's narrative globally as we grow to become the transatlantic leader in sovereign AI. This is a rare opportunity to use video as the primary medium to share voices and tell stories of executives at one of the fastest growing companies in the most dynamic space in technology. In this cross functional role, you will partner directly with C-Suite and VP executives, helping to determine how we talk to customers, partners, and employees. The role takes Cohere's narrative - the through-line that connects sovereign AI, transatlantic growth, and the product story- turns it into the content the world sees and shares. You will execute Cohere's strategic narrative through various forms of content including video, podcast, and in-house production. While the role flexes across formats, we see video as the primary and most effective medium. The Executive Producer has dual aims: to grow the personal thought leadership profiles of Cohere's senior voices on their own channels and to deliver Cohere's narrative to the market through company channels. As Executive Producer, Executive Communications you will:

• Build and execute Cohere's strategic narrative across three storytelling surfaces: Executive Thought Leadership, Policy Storytelling, and Corporate Storytelling
• Partner with the VP Global Communications on narrative architecture and translating Cohere's narrative into content strategy and execution across the aforementioned three storytelling surfaces
