The Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead and optimize day‑to‑day operations across a multi‑use campus. The role oversees facilities, IT, security, and vendor management, aligning operations with organizational strategy to support mission impact.

Qualifications

• Senior‑level operational leader with authority to make complex decisions and partner with the CEO.
• Experience overseeing budgets, contracts, leases, and resource allocation; ensuring compliance.
• Proven ability to supervise and develop high‑performing cross‑functional teams across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Facilities, IT, Security, and Technical Services for reliable campus operations.
• Design and improve operational systems, policies, and workflows with clear metrics.
• Oversee budgets, vendor strategy, contracts, and risk management activities.
• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to align operations with strategy.
• Ensure campus safety, compliance, and effective partnerships with on‑campus agencies.
