Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County seeks a Chief Marketing & Communications Officer to lead integrated marketing, communications, and brand strategy. This executive role partners with the CEO and Senior Team to drive donor engagement, media visibility, and organizational growth across Palm Beach County and beyond.

The CMCO will set storytelling standards, oversee content across web, email, print, and social channels, and ensure alignment with fundraising priorities and mission.

Qualifications

• Executive-level leadership in marketing, PR, and digital across complex organizations.
• Proven ability to align marketing with fundraising priorities.
• Strong writing, editorial judgment, and storytelling skills.
• Experience modernizing marketing with data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of Jewish community issues and Palm Beach County context.

• Lead development of long-term marketing and communications strategy.
• Oversee brand voice, messaging, and enterprise content calendars.
