Job summary

Benchmark Health is seeking a Head of Operations to run the business day to day, build scalable infrastructure, and partner with the CEO to drive growth. You will own operations, finance, and strategic planning across Clinical Operations, Data, Product, and Engineering, working with an outsourced finance partner.

This is a full-time role based in Boston. You will lead four areas: Company Operations, Financial Ownership, Growth & Value-Based Care Strategy, and Team & Organization, shaping hiring,

Qualifications

• Senior operating leader with proven early-stage startup experience.
• Able to read business metrics and discuss with investors.
• Experience designing scalable orgs and hiring ahead of growth.
• Healthcare or behavioral health familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations across the company and align growing teams.
• Develop a scalable operating cadence and close gaps between Clinical Operations, Data, and Product.
• Own financial model, manage runway, and connect finance with ops.
• Define org design, hiring plans, and people systems for growth.
• Drive metrics proving quality and unit economics for value-based contracts.
