Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment at our ReadyCare Waukegan site. You will document work in CMMS, analyze downtime, and assist with root-cause analysis to improve equipment performance.

The role requires 2nd or 3rd shift availability, physical ability to handle heavy equipment, and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of experience in conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Basic PC skills including Excel; able to troubleshoot PLC logic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; escalate to leadership when needed.
• Document work in CMMS and ticketing systems; maintain logs for facility systems.
