Job summary
Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift in Waukegan, IL. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on conveyors, automation and robotics while documenting all work in CMMS.
The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include troubleshooting to return equipment to production, supporting senior technicians as needed, and completing facility tasks while adhering to shift
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment maintenance.
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment, escalate to leadership as needed, and document work in CMMS.
- Analyze downtime, assist with project work, and maintain accurate operation logs.
- Follow safety procedures and operate material handling equipment when required.
