OnTrac is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support conveyor and material handling systems in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment in South Brunswick, NJ. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues, and driving corrective actions to reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED completed; technical degree preferred.
• 1 year of related industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operation; welding/fabrication a plus.
• Must read electrical schematics and manuals; knowledge of PM programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation of conveyor and material handling equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Repair and replace parts; rebuild and align equipment.
• Use manuals and schematics for repairs and modifications.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with safety programs.
• May be required to work after hours or on weekends.
